Troubleshooting
When something isn't working.
- Reminders aren't arriving
Check three things: the reminder is on in UnBizzy's Notifications settings, your phone allows notifications from UnBizzy, and there's a dinner on today's calendar. The dinner reminder only goes out on a night with a dinner planned.
- A recipe import didn't work
Most recipe pages import fine. When a page doesn't list its ingredients in a way UnBizzy can read, UnBizzy fills in what it can and asks you to paste the ingredient list. For a photo, a clear, well-lit shot of the recipe works best.
- The cart didn't fill
UnBizzy can fill a cart at Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods. If Fill cart doesn't appear, the store isn't one of those two. If the cart filled with the wrong thing, that's Amazon's match: Amazon picks the products, not UnBizzy, and you can swap anything before you buy.
- You can't sign in
Sign in the same way you did the first time: with Apple, Google, Facebook or your email. If you use email and your password isn't working, tap Forgot password? on the Log in screen to reset it.
- How to report a problem
Write to support@unbizzy.com. Say what phone you have, which version of UnBizzy you're on, and roughly when it happened.
