Delete your account
Enter the email address on your UnBizzy account. We'll send you a link to confirm. The link works for 10 minutes and only once.
If you have the app installed, it's quicker to do this from Settings.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there first: App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your household profile, dietary needs and preferences
- All meal plans, past and present
- Shopping lists, staples and store settings
- Saved and imported recipes, including family recipes
- Your planning conversations
This can't be undone. There's no recovery window and no way for us to restore it afterwards. If you have family recipes saved in UnBizzy that don't exist anywhere else, copy them out first.
Signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook? Use the email that account shared with us. For Google or Facebook, that's the account's own email. For Apple, it may be a private address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. To find it on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Sign in with Apple (under Sign-In & Security on recent versions), and choose UnBizzy.
Can't find it? Delete from Settings in the app instead. That works however you signed in.
