The cart didn't fill

UnBizzy can fill a cart at Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods. If Fill cart doesn't appear, the store isn't one of those two. If the cart filled with the wrong thing, that's Amazon's match: Amazon picks the products, not UnBizzy, and you can swap anything before you buy.

No Fill cart button

  1. Add Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods as a store: Settings, then Store Preferences, then Add a store.
  2. If you named the store just "Amazon", UnBizzy asks "Which Amazon? They're separate stores with separate carts." Choose Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods.
  3. On Carts, open the other store, check the items you want to move, and tap Move. Choose the store, then Just this week or From now on.

Some items didn't go in

  • Each store is its own order. Checked-off items are left out.
  • Items under "No store yet" aren't in any store's cart. Move them to a store.
  • Pinned items keep their store. Change it from the store circle on the grocery list.
  • "Nothing left to send to Amazon Fresh." (or Whole Foods) means everything for that store is checked off.

Amazon asked me to sign in

Filling a cart needs you signed in to Amazon in UnBizzy's browser window. Sign in there once. You stay signed in until you sign out of UnBizzy.

The page didn't load

"Couldn't reach Amazon Fresh. Check your connection and try again." (or Whole Foods) means the store's page didn't open. Tap Try again.

The wrong product, or nothing matched

  • Amazon picks the products, not us — you'll see what it matched beside each item, and you can swap anything before it goes in the cart.
  • If Amazon can't find something, it flags that item instead of matching it. Worth a scroll through before you add to the cart.
  • What it can't do is read the package in your hand. Ingredients change, labels change, kitchens cross-contaminate. If someone in your family has a serious allergy, the last check is always yours, and we'd rather say that plainly than bury it in the terms.
  • Whether Amazon delivers to your address, and what it costs, is up to Amazon.
