The first month is on us.

Start with either plan and the first month is free. You won’t be charged until it ends, and we’ll email you before it does.

If it isn’t for you, cancel at least a day before the month is up and you won’t pay anything.

The free month is for new subscribers, and Apple or Google decides who qualifies.

What you keep without a subscription.

The planner is the part that needs a subscription. If you don’t subscribe, or you stop, these keep working, and everything you’ve made stays yours:

a grocery list built from meals you add yourself, which you can print
your pinned usuals
recipes you type in
your favorites and reactions
the dinner reminder and the morning brief
your household settings

Households that have never subscribed also get a few free recipe imports from a link. The AI planner, photo imports and further link imports need the subscription or the free month.

Billing questions

Is the launch price really locked in?

Yes. Subscribe to the yearly plan at $53.99 and that’s your price for as long as you stay subscribed on that plan.

What happens when the free month ends?

Your subscription starts and the store charges you for the plan you picked, unless you’ve canceled. We email you before that happens.

If I delete the app, is my subscription canceled?

No. Deleting the app, or your UnBizzy account, doesn’t cancel it. Only canceling in your phone’s subscription settings does. When you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, in your phone’s subscription settings. If you’re on the yearly launch price, though, switching plans gives it up, because the price is locked in on the plan you have.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds go through Apple or Google, because they take the payment. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through Google Play.

I got a new phone. Do I pay again?

No. Sign in, and if the plan doesn’t show up, tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the plans screen.
