Steps
- On Home, tap Settings (the gear at the top right).
- Tap Account Settings, then My Subscription.
- Tap Manage or cancel in the App Store on an iPhone, or Manage or cancel in Google Play on Android.
- Choose UnBizzy, then tap Cancel Subscription on an iPhone or Cancel subscription on Android.
Without the app
- On an iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then UnBizzy.
- On Android: the Google Play app, then your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then UnBizzy.
- On an iPhone, use the Apple Account you subscribed with. If someone else in your family paid, they cancel it from their Apple Account.
Good to know
- Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Deleting the app, or your UnBizzy account, doesn't cancel it. Only canceling in your phone's subscription settings does.
- UnBizzy can't cancel a store subscription for you.
- The Manage or cancel button shows only while a subscription is being billed. If your plan has already ended, My Subscription says so, and there's nothing to cancel.
Switch between monthly and yearly
You switch in your phone's subscription settings.
If you're on the yearly launch price, though, switching plans gives it up, because the price is locked in on the plan you have.
Refunds
Refunds go through Apple or Google, because they take the payment.
- On an iPhone, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- On Android, ask Google through Google Play.
The steps are in Get a refund.
If a payment didn't go through
My Subscription says: "Your last payment didn't go through and the store is retrying. Nothing has changed on your end." UnBizzy keeps working while the store retries. Update your card from the same Manage or cancel button.
