Mealime is closing. Your family's dinner routine doesn't have to.
Mealime shuts down on October 21. UnBizzy is a family meal planner that plans your dinners and builds the grocery list for you. Join the waitlist and you'll get 3 months free when we launch.

Before October 21: save your favorites
Mealime has said your personal data will be deleted when the app shuts down, and there's no export. So take a few minutes this week:
- Open each recipe your family actually makes.
- Take a screenshot of the ingredients and steps. Recipe links may stop working once Mealime closes, so screenshots are the safe bet.
- Keep them together in one album so they're easy to find.
When UnBizzy launches, import them by photo or link, and they're part of your plan from then on.
What UnBizzy does for your week
Dinner is hundreds of little decisions every week. UnBizzy takes them off your plate.
- Plans your dinners around your family. It looks at who's eating, which nights are busy and how much time you have.
- Builds the grocery list for you. It comes from the week's dinners, sorted by store, so shopping takes one trip.
- Keeps your favorites in the rotation. Import the recipes you saved, and start from hundreds of weeknight staples and kids' favorites already built in.
- Lets you say it once. Tell UnBizzy who won't eat what, the picky eater and the night with practice, and it plans around them every week.
What to look for in a Mealime replacement
Five questions worth asking of any app you try next:
- Does it plan the week, or just hold recipes? A recipe box still leaves the deciding to you. UnBizzy plans the week's dinners around your family.
- Does it build the grocery list for you? UnBizzy builds it from the week's dinners, sorted by store.
- Can it handle the people at your table? Picky eaters, allergies, the one who's done with chicken. Tell UnBizzy once and it plans around them every week.
- Can you bring your recipes? Import the ones you saved, by photo or link.
- Does it fit your schedule? Busy nights get the quick dinners, and practice nights get leftovers or the slow cooker.
Where UnBizzy is a different kind of app: it plans dinner for a whole family. If you mostly used Mealime for meal prep for one or two people, a recipe-first app may suit you better, and that's fine.
Three ways to plan
- Know what you want this week? Tell UnBizzy and it plans around it.
- Rather put dinners on the menu yourself? You can.
- Want someone else to do the thinking? Tap Let's Plan! and it's handled.
